	Consortium with Water group: 3-year Green Drop audit program for 19 WWTW • Conduct quarterly Green Drop Audits and site visits, • Quarterly management reports, • Review and track Wastewater Risk Abatement plans, • Recommendations to improve compliance. The Consortium provided a number of innovations during this project: • Introduction of revised DWS Green Drop criteria • Development of a Green Drop Integrated Information Tool to streamline the process of conducting audits, monitoring performance and aligning corrective measures to address gaps • Development of a Risk Tracking Tool with functionality of tracking, trending and risk mitigation movement over time • Developed of target improvement plans for each plantDevelopment and implementation of Virtual Green Drop audits
